DELIVERY TIME AND INFO

It can take between 1-10 minutes for your purchase to be delivered in-game. If you have not received your package after this time period, please open a support ticket on our Discord with your transaction ID, and we will resolve your issue promptly.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or fraud will result in a permanent ban from the EvermistSMP network and potentially other Tebex stores.
